Dr. Hyatt is great, very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She took her time to answer all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all, which is rare in these times. The vet tech was also very good and very caring.

I am grateful for all of your caring staff and the compassionate, knowledgeable vets at this clinic. If I were to find any need for improvement is simply the enormous amount of wait time spent in the exam room. I understand that some things need more attention but just someone apprising us as to a delay would be appreciated.

Please keep in mind that the compassion you extend to our pets need also be extended to the pet parents. This is recognized by the doctors and assistants and also should always be the “mantra” of a usually very busy office staff. In the hectic day to day activities, the office staff is the first and the last impression an office leaves with the customer. So far, this time around, you excel! You ARE appreciated!
