Thank you for taking so much time with my cat and I during our appointment. I appreciate the follow up calls.

We arrived on time for our appointment, so it would have been preferable not to have had to wait 20 minutes in the waiting room before our pet was taken back. For the first 10 minutes of waiting, our pet was fine. After that, she was miserably nervous and shaking uncontrollably. Thanks.

Dr. Henderson was wonderful. She treated Lucy with a lot of compassion and understood that a little Yorkie can get upset at times we really appreciated taking care of our pup.
