I have been taking my pets to community Animal for many many years and have always had the best experience with both the office staff and Dr. Hyatt. I have recommended them to many friends who have also been thankful to find a personal caring practice.

Great experience with this first time visit for my 2 cats. No problems whatsoever with staffing or vet. Hold time on phone was less than two minutes, I’m not sure if my 5 stars reflects that or not. This question should be have a yes or no answer.

At checkout I was given the TOTAL amount to pay. I asked (prior to submitting my payment) for the break down of the cost(s). Was told you will get that once you pay-it will be on the receipt. That is not acceptable. I would like to view the bill/pricing THEN pay.

This is an exceptional and caring animal facility. ALL of the STAFFERS are great. Everyone is attentive to the needs of the animal patient, as well as the owners. Thank you!!!
