Been using community clinic for twenty years for 2 different dogs. Staff is excellent and doctors always take time to listen, care for whatever problems are addressed and treat your pet as if it were their own.

First time here to get a vaccine. When my dog was brought to me, the technician was friendly and told me to exit through a dog. I walked through and stood waiting to pay. The office staff continued to chat off with each other about Christmas gifts. I stood there for 4-5 min assuming I needed to pay before she acknowledged me and told me the cost. New person who greeted me initially was friendly.

The doctor and the entire staff are caring and knowledgeable.

It was very impressive to have Dr Hyatt come and take time to talk to me and schedule an appointment for my dog Lunas teeth. I didn’t have an appointment was there for a nail trim. Happened to see her in lobby and answered some concerns. Anyway, very pleased.

I made an error as to my appointment time. Instead of asking me to come back at the correct time, they worked with me and fitted me in. Saved my pet dog much pain and downtime!

Dr Hyatt keeps trying to rid Lexie of her lipoma with a smile. Thank you.

Dr. Henderson and her assistant were both so gentle with handling Krazee Kat. Giving him three shots they were very gentle making sure he was relaxed when they handled him. Krazee Kat truly trusted the Doctor and her assistant. That made me very relaxed.

The staff at Community Animal Clinic are extremely nice and attentive on each visit with my two dogs.

More often than not when I call the office, the answering machine picks up which is very disconcerting, especially in an emergency situation. The phone situation could definitely be improved.
