I have been taking my dogs here for several years. Trustworthy , professional staff from check in to check out. Care and compassion in every visit . Office could be updated but that does not take away from this practice

I have been charged $29 TWICE on my Visa card for the anal glands being expressed for my dog Mocha. I called the office and was told the 2nd charge would drop off-it has NOT. Please look into this and correct it.

Dr. Hyatt and staff are, and have always been, terrific, knowledgeable, and such compassionate animal diagnosticians and health care givers. Our baby, Bentley Oliver, gets the very best, professional and state of the art health services from this practice. Been a client with 2 different cats since 2015. Sadly both have required euthanization due to renal failure. I had a problem with the receptionist. I signed in and backed up to be called. A man walked in next and went right up to the window. The receptionist started with him, and I stood there and was told, I WILL get to you when I finish with this customer. He barged in front of me and I was told to wait my turn unpleasantly.

I ve been taking my pets here for years. The staff is friendly and helpful. I know my pets are well taken care of.

Dr Hyatt was very attentive and courteous to questions that I had and she took the time to provide me all information I needed. In addition office staff was also very courteous and provided information.
