Your entire team is first rate from the hardworking team in the front office to all of those who handle and care for our fur babies. We love “our” Vet Dr Golladay and we also have seen almost everyone else for emergencies, etc & all are so caring and knowledgeable. I’d give y’all 10 stars if we could!We love y’all! ????????

We dropped out dog off early in the morning as was requested for grooming. 5 hours later she had still not been groomed and had been crated whole time. When home she had to potty twice and we are concerned she had not been let out at all during that time, though we aren’t sure. We drove 45 minutes to get her groomed but picked her up after 5 hours and nothing happening. Not very pleased with this. Not at all.

I love Lakewood Animal Health Center!! They have cared for our dog, Scout for 11 years. Always helpful and I can even get in last minute if necessary. Dr. Stelzer is fantastic and the staff is so friendly. Amy does a great job grooming Scout and he loves her which isn t common for Scout. Thanks for all you do!

We were there to get our puppies groomed. They did a supper job!!!

Love your wonderful staff. My suggestion is cost related only-perhaps a discount on half day boarding cost when other services are provided for pet, ie. nail trim, etc.

My dog came for grooming. I should have had a better conversation with the groomer about leaving her feathery hair on her tail. I was very surprised to see all the cute feathery hair trimmed off. It will take awhile for her to grow that hair again. The rest of the cut was very cute. Clarification of ideas and more questions might help in the future. Just as much my responsibility as the groomers. ??

I thought staff was wonderful and I am excited to start bringing my cat here for her care!

Excellent visit w Dr Eyeler n assistant . She did a complete exam of my aging dog. She listened carefully to my concerns. She developed a plan for me to use. I feel relieved!

The staff are always courteous and efficient. Dr Dyer takes her time with me and my dogs. I love the staff at Lakewood!

Everything went well. Charley is very handsome with his new haircut. He loves coming to the Spa (not so much).

We had a couple instructions on our dogs grooming none were done including shaving 5 years of growth and their heads look like shit. Owner needs to call

Very happy with the visit. Really liked Dr Stelzer

I brought Cooper in for his annual visit. He struggles with vet visits when something is done beyond just basic handling. I am uncomfortable with the way he is restrained although Dr. Stelzer and the tech didn t seem put off. I was later stunned to see a note in his history that labeled him as aggressive He is not aggressive, it s not a character trait. That s an outdated view of natural animal behavior. I m now looking for a fear free vet for him so I can help him cooperate with his care.

Charlie (dog) and I are new patients to Dr. Dyer. Our visit was very thorough and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I really appreciated the time Dr. Dyer spent with us, reviewing Charlie’s past medical history and explaining what our options were for that days visit. We will be back ??!
