My husband, Frank, and I were very pleased with “Our First Grooming Appointment for our dog, “Buddy,” done by Amy Martin. Everyone in the Lakewood Animal Health Center were very “Accommodating To Our Needs, and, Were All Very Cheerful.” We felt very confident, in leaving our dog, “Buddy,” to be groomed, and, everybody was so helpful, in answering any questions that We had; concerning the “ Specific Way” that We wanted Buddy to be trimmed, and, were told exactly; what our “Grooming Session” would include. Any other questions that We had, were addressed & answered to our satisfaction.

This is a great practice!

Taking care of our pets can be expensive. Before any treatment, please provide cost. While most wont refuse the treatments, patients owners don t need to be surprised by treatment cost. Lastly, the rooms seem a little dirty and not as clean as I ve experienced in our former vet. I wouldn t lay on the floor, so why would I ask my dog. When they lay on the exam room floor, they bring whatever was there home. Yuck. I will say, the care we received was incredible, knowledgable, and has helped our pal get back to a healthy doggo.

The Drs and staff are so warm and welcoming as well as the office atmosphere. Very knowledgeable Drs who go the extra mile and very helpful staff who will make follow up calls after a medical visit to check on my pet with how’s he doing. This is the very best and only trusted place for my 4 legged son be it for medical, normal visit or grooming. Definitely 10 out of 10 on everything.

The new people are doing a great job! My only concern is when Poppy boards, are the attendants giving her other food than what I send? She is on a special diet and that is all I give her. The last two times she has returned home with loose stools, so I was just wondering. Other than that, Amy does a great job of grooming and Dr. Golladay takes care of her medical needs.

We love your practice and recommend it to everyone we know with pets! Even my ex-husband finally started bringing his dog to you after our daughter convinced him.
