This practice is the best

Not sure how to answer the first question with stars, but it’s 5 stars for everything else and I don’t think I was on hold for more than a minute.

The front end/grooming staff were friendly and respectful! I love taking our furry kids there!

Lakewood is a bit more expensive but no waiting in line.

This survey tool is very confusing for leaving a rating. The first question is more of a yes/no/somewhat question, not a star question. The staff at lakewood are excellent! They do a terrific job with communication and with my pets. I think that the front desk staff could use another person or so - they seem a bit frazzled. The front desk team are wonderful and I really enjoy them! Thank you for everything you do!

Dr. Eyler & staff were so kind, informative & through with me & my new puppy.

I would like you to know how Amy in grooming went above and beyond to help my dog Macy with her anxiety. Macy is a senior dog and gets very stressed if we are not with her. Amy suggested an appointment in the afternoon would be more calm. It worked out so much better. Thank s to Amy.

Aimee did a great job grooming my rescue Westie. She was so cute n her coat shiny. Most importantly Tootsie was not stressed. She came home happy.

Dr. Golladay made time to see my cat on a very busy Saturday. I can t imagine taking him to anyone else. She s wonderful!

Consider basic training for staff on how to properly secure a gentle leader on a dog.

When looking for a doctor for our sick cat, I found that the only AAHA accredited animal clinic in Lees Summit is Lakewood. We were impressed with its cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. We have complete confidence in Dr Dyer.

My experience was absolutely wonderful.

I have been bringing our pets to Lakewood Animal Health Center since 1999 (then, in the small strip, across the highway). Always, the veterinarians and staff provided care in an intelligent, caring, and professional manner. I wouldn’t take my pet anywhere else.
