A tad concerned that Humphrey came out from his nail trim and blood draw panting abnormally.He continued to pant for around 45 minutes after the visit. He did this the last time he had his nails trimmed which is no Swiss picnic for the groomer. My concern is his age and if he is under duress during the process.

I was very pleased with Julie. Heidi looked very cute. Hair cut was perfect!

Friendly staff, great grooming result and very clean facility. We were very pleased with our little dogs care and her grooming was really good. We will be back.

I ve been taking my pets to your clinic for 6 years and unfortunately, this last appointment was the worst in all my 6 years. The Vet Tech was trimming my 2 dogs nails and cut too short 2x on each dog; causing blood and pain. I also waited ~45 minutes between being seen for the first time and then the Vet Tech left for 20 minutes without coming back and attending to my dogs. My bill was for 2 Senior annuals and came to $975 - this shocked me. That said, I really do like Dr. Goliday. I was just very disappointed with the Vet Tech, extensive wait time and cost.

Love this place and the doctors and staff, I just wish we could get the invoice and payment process down to where I want having to call and email multiple times to get an itemized invoice that shows paid for me to send to insurance claims.

I felt Dr. Dyer did an excellent job with Brody. It is always a pleasure for the both of us to see her.

Liz is an AMAZING groomer and I have always been satisfied with her customer service as well as her grooming quality on our pups!

I highly recommend Dr Eyler and staff. I trust she will make the right decision for the care of my Winston, who has had many issues due to his breed. I am fully confident in the care she provides. Thank you for all you do!

Again-Lickert Scale not appropriate for the binary questions asked. I am surprised someone actually published & sent this out.

We love Lakewood! We know they have the best interest of our fur babies in mind. I wouldn t trust anyone else with their care.

My dogs love Liz. She is a wonderful groomer. My big dog is hyper and she takes good care of her.

Everyone there is so helpful. I wouldn t want anyone else taking care of my pets.

The staff is friendly, helpful & competent. They know my animals by name and show them love & tenderness. My groomer Julie is wonderful & Dr Golladay goes above & beyond to call me back after hours if needed & she works long hours to take care of my dogs. She’s detail oriented & compassionate. I spend more money here than at my previous vet but my dogs are seniors & I wanted them to be monitored more closely with preventative care.
