Dr Jones and Scarlet treated our cat Meko, which is our baby as an emergency. Meko was lethargic and had a fever of 105.3. With their knowledge and kind compassionate way with him it was so wonderful at such a stressful time for us. My appointment was confirmed for 3:00pm and when I arrived, I experienced a situation and realized that there was a mix and I was not consulted when the situation was taking place! A lady had an earlier appointment came in and took my 3pm and I was told that she had an emergency then to add more to the mess, I found that my appointment was scheduled in the system for 3:30pm

We had a very pleasant experience! I forgot to ask Dr. Jones if he knew a Mark Helfat while he was at Cornell. I worked with him in the late 70 s into the 80 s.

Dr. Jones listened, as well as explained every in detail. Gave me print-out instructions, which was nice. Seen on time and check out was a breeze. So glad I changed my dogs care to Dr. Jones. Pricing is also a factor...he is a good vet as well as being fairly priced so I can afford good care for my pups.

I was concerned regarding my dogs recent onset of pain. He was yelping when he climbed a hill, yelping when he went to fetch his ball and would not get up on the couch (his usual spot). This was new. The next morning I called Dr. Jones and he was able to set up a appointment that afternoon. Thanks for helping me get my 80 lb dog out of the jeep. All good the issues was addressed with a shot and pain medication to ease his hip dysplasia. It worked Jasper is back on the couch, and walking fine. Ps he is on a diet as well. Thanks

I am uncertain if the office rooms floor and lobby floors are cleaned and sanitized enough after visits. Since the floor and walls and island in the rooms are so worn, scraped and stained it is hard to know if cleaned enough to prevent germs being spread from other animals. Painting and at least some remodeling would make it easier to assure pet owners that areas that the animals sniff and have contact with our clean
