Dr Jones is wonderful with my dogs. I’ve been to a few other vets in the past and my older girl has always had high anxiety and clearly uncontrollable. But not with Dr. Jones, she’s totally chill. Thank you. It means the world to me and her.

The first question confuses me with the stars. I was not put on hold at all. Dr. and Mrs. Jones are beautiful people who care deeply for the animals and their owners. I’m so glad I found them! My beautiful babies are doing great and I’m excited for their future knowing the Commerce Animal Hospital and it’s amazing staff are just a phone call away!

Everything was wonderful except the cost of an additional administrative cost which was I was not informed of and had to ask after I paid and looked at receipt. I used a debit card, not credit card. This almost made me not want to comeback. I feel this should be said upfront.

Dr Jones and Scarlet treated our cat Meko, which is our baby as an emergency. Meko was lethargic and had a fever of 105.3. With their knowledge and kind compassionate way with him it was so wonderful at such a stressful time for us.
