I have been charged $29 TWICE on my Visa card for the anal glands being expressed for my dog Mocha. I called the office and was told the 2nd charge would drop off-it has NOT. Please look into this and correct it.

Been a client with 2 different cats since 2015. Sadly both have required euthanization due to renal failure. Dr Henderson, Dawn & Dr Hyatt are very compassionate.They all became emotional during our journey & we so appreciate the kindnesses they ve all shown. They are all true medical professionals.
