First time here to get a vaccine. When my dog was brought to me, the technician was friendly and told me to exit through a dog. I walked through and stood waiting to pay. The office staff continued to chat off with each other about Christmas gifts. I stood there for 4-5 min assuming I needed to pay before she acknowledged me and told me the cost. New person who greeted me initially was friendly.

It was very impressive to have Dr Hyatt come and take time to talk to me and schedule an appointment for my dog Lunas teeth. I didn’t have an appointment was there for a nail trim. Happened to see her in lobby and answered some concerns. Anyway, very pleased.

Dr. Henderson and her assistant were both so gentle with handling Krazee Kat. Giving him three shots they were very gentle making sure he was relaxed when they handled him. Krazee Kat truly trusted the Doctor and her assistant. That made me very relaxed.
