She is low key(big plus) and very attentive to any questions and does not push us to do anything we may not be prepared or choose to do. love the staff and Dr Hyatt . Allan has a way of giving such support , even when Biggie shows up to have his nails trimmed! I gave 5 across the board, bit I do not know if it registered.
