My halo wasn’t a patient, but they were the only ones open and she was hurt!! No questions asked they worked her in!! And thankfully we found out her hip was dislocated and got the help we needed!! I think I’ll stick with them for sure and recommend to others as well!! Very pleased

I have always been pleased with the service of Dr. Pelfry and her staff. It is good to know Pebbles is well taken care of and feels comfortable in the office. This is the only place I would consider bringing a pet.

I must have gotten myself on your naughty list. Your vet staff and animal care are amazing, but I feel like a criminal when it comes to paying my bill. I realize that I was late picking up my last animal’s remains, but after our dad, Frank Ordner, did from Covid. Life went insane. Trying to keep our full time jobs while taking on an insurance agency and keeping a coaching commitment that was very inconvenient, there was absolutely no free time durning business hours to do anything…. This included the weekends. I was shocked when you held our dog at our last visit until we paid our bill… Embarrassed would be a more actuate term… I think next visit I will just give you my debit card as I walk in the door so you don’t think I will run off without paying the bill… Sad!!!

Dr Pelphrey is the absolute best. She explains everything and truly loves her job and the animals. We have been bringing our pets to her for over 25+ years.
