My dog is a breed that many Vets don t see often. I live 1.5hrs away from this clinic. There are closer vets, but none that was really familiar with my boy. His health is high priority as mine or my children s are. My boy is comfortable with his doctor, and the staff here as well.

My cat isn t a big fan of this place, but I m very pleased with it.

We have been bringing our fur babies to CAH for years! They are more like family; both vets and all the techs are wonderful, knowledgeable, and gentle with our babies. My husband has gone to CAH since 2000, and I have been with my cats since I married him in 2016. Of course we recommend them to others.

The staff is awesome very patient and listen and answer my questions promply.they care is really enjoyed my visit highly reccommend.

I re I just fell in love with love Dr. Cromwell. The way she took her time with Ellie was just awesome. She made it seem like she s not just there for the money. She seemed like she genuinely cared about my cat. Ellie is doing a lot better since we left the vet a week ago. Thanks again Dr Cromwell you are the best

My first visit was last week or so with my cat Levee. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. We thought he might be plugged so they got me in very fast. Dr. Cromwell was very nice and went over everything with me. Thank you for being so nice and caring. I will be bringing all my pets to you.

Dr Cromwell takes so much time with Lizzie. I feel at ease to ask questions and I’m not being rushed. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The female at the front desk with the short hair and glasses young seem to be a little disgruntled and always was slamming the door when she would go in the back room. I had to tell her that I was here when she clearly saw me sitting there instead of asking me who I was. When I got back to see the vet with my dog, I had to tell her to call them and let them know. I was here when she saw that I was here sitting in the lobby.

Although I am immensely grateful that my cat was well taken care of, I was not involved in the process of decisions regarding treatment. I was told what was already done and presented with a $600 statement for services. I most likely would have agreed with the treatment, but would have appreciated the opportunity to be a part of the process of decisions.
